Helping Neighbors Get Started With TNR
Want to help the community cats around your home, or get that friendly outdoor cat you feed spayed or neutered, but don’t know where to begin? Whether you’re ready to start or simply have questions, we’re here to offer guidance. Every situation is different, and we can help you explore your options, share existing resources, and lend humane cat traps and recovery kennels when available.
TNR/SNR Resource List
Ready to get started? Find local TNR and SNR options, what each program offers, and contact information to help you get started.
Pregnant Cat & Need Spay Help?
If you need help finding spay options for a pregnant cat, reach out to us as soon as possible. We can recommend programs or clinics to contact.
Important to Know
Neighbors for Animals shares information and provides limited equipment and guidance. We do not operate a spay/neuter clinic, guarantee appointments, provide a trapping service, or accept animals.
Trap and recovery-kennel loans depend on availability. Borrowers are responsible for safely using, cleaning and returning all equipment.
Support More Community Cats
Demand for humane cat traps is growing. Your support helps us lend equipment to more Channelview residents working to get community cats spayed or neutered.
Winter Cat Shelters - Help Us Build Shelters
Our goal is to provide free insulated shelters for community cats in underserved Channelview neighborhoods. Every donation helps give local cats a dry and warm place to take refuge this winter.
